Vegan Parmesan Garlic Bread

  • 1 loaf of crusty bread (like ciabatta or baguette)
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Nateure’s Plate Vegan Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, mix vegan butter, minced garlic, and Vegan Parmesan.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the bread halves.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving for a fresh finish. Enjoy warm!
